Work you'll do/responsibilities as a servicenow developer consultant, you will: collaborate and deliver: work within engagement teams, partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional groups to achieve project objectives. Design and develop: build, configure, and implement solutions on the servicenow platform, including custom applications and integrations. Technical guidance: provide support and technical insight to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Independent contribution: manage tasks independently, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs. You'll work alongside strategic advisors and architects, leveraging industry expertise and innovative solutions to deliver measurable business impact. Qualifications required 1-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks advanced english level preferred experience valued: experience in configuring and customizing servicenow modules such as itsm, itom, and hrsd will be valued. (4+ years) technical proficiency: knowledge of javascript, web technologies (html, css), and integration methods (rest/soap apis) is preferred. Exposure to workflow automation and scripting within servicenow or comparable platforms is advantageous. Solution design & implementation: ability to design, develop, and implement servicenow solutions based on business requirements, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements. Business analysis & communication: strong skills in gathering and analyzing requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Testing & quality assurance: experience in developing test plans, facilitating user acceptance testing (uat), and ensuring solutions meet quality standards. Continuous improvement: commitment to identifying opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of servicenow best practices. Documentation & training: ability to create clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials, and to deliver training sessions to end-users or client teams. Collaboration & professionalism: proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, global teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism in client and team interactions. Itil & industry standards: familiarity with agile development practices and itil v3/v4 frameworks, and understanding of how they relate to servicenow processes.
