We are looking for a business intelligence analyst to support the development of the bi and analytics function for a leading recruitment solutions organization. This role will be key in gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making across business lines such as recruitment process outsourcing (rpo). The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders.
key responsibilities:
* support bi and reporting efforts by gathering, cleaning, and structuring internal data sets.
* build and maintain dashboards using tools like looker studio and tableau.
* manage survey data (design, distribution, analysis) via qualtrics or similar tools.
* work closely with rpo operations and other business teams to translate needs into reports and visualizations.
* provide ad-hoc reporting and assist in automating recurring reports.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and interpretation practices.
required qualifications:
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar bi, reporting, or data analyst role.
* strong proficiency with google workspace (especially sheets and slides).
* experience with looker studio, tableau, or other data visualization tools.
* familiarity with survey platforms like qualtrics or google forms.
* strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* fluent in english (spoken and written).
* must be based in mexico.
