Lead a team dispersed across multiple offices to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance collection efficiency, and leverage automation. Main responsibilities maintain effective relationships with key customers, resolving payment disputes and negotiating payment plans when necessary. Partner with various teams to develop holistic solutions for overdue accounts and minimize financial risk. Deliver insightful reports on collection trends, outstanding receivables, and forecasted cash flows to senior leadership. Qualifications & requirements you will need a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field along with 4-8 years of experience in collections or credit management functions. A minimum of 2 years managing teams is also required. An advanced degree is preferred but not essential.
