duties will include but not be limited to:
- handling pipeline of clients
- preparing case file and working closely with tax preparers and tax attorneys/ before coming towards any type of resolution with the irs such as (ias, ppias, step up ias, cncs etc.)
- greet clients over the phone and in person/ verified all client's personal information through crm software/ updated files as needed
- conduct a financial analysis of income, expense and assets before any irs negotiation
- research and develop strategies to defend the tax payer's position/ worked closely with oic and closing department as needed.
- worked also on a daily with compliance, customer service reps to ensure confidentiality with client's personal information and process/ addressed any irs letters and escalating case if needed for client's account protection
- prioritize daily case load assignment's/ work well under pressure and in a deadline environment.
- contact client or prospective client to ensure contracts are signed / esigned and on file.
- monthly, quarterly customer service "tickles" to ensure customer satisfaction and case updates are performed.
- collect and scan documents into client's case file
- multitask while working with customers and navigating our computer systems.
- excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
- proficient and comfortable with office equipment (computer skills - microsoft office, outlook)
- remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
- previous customer service experience
- work schedule set by supervisor (monday-friday 8 hour shifts available between 7am-6pm)

pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
