Position: Medical History Specialist
Job overview: Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. We're looking for professionals in health-related areas to perform the role of Medical Health Specialist, which provides remote medical, administrative and documentation assistance for pediatric patients, in the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Request, review and update electronic medical records (ER visits-hospitalization, immunization records)
- Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests
- Schedule medical appointments
- Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies
Skills, abilities and knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Nutrition, Biomedic, etc)
- Medical terminology knowledge required
- Good judgement, organizational ability, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment.
- Excellent computer and phone skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm
- Location: Monterrey, N.L, Mexico
