This role leads the qc function end-to-end—ensuring consistent quality, reducing errors at scale, and embedding a culture of quality across production workflows. Beyond execution, the qc lead drives process improvement, standardization, and the integration of tools and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across high-volume, multi-market operations.key responsibilitieslead the qc function across disciplines: oversee qc across video, print, and digital deliverables, ensuring consistent quality standards across all projects, formats, and markets.define and standardize qc processes: design, implement, and continuously improve qc frameworks, checklists, and workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.team leadership and development: manage, mentor, and develop a team of qc artists/analysts.
