job summary
we are growing our mexico sales team and seek a motivated field sales representative in mexico city and guadalajara to accelerate growth in the assigned region. You will partner closely with the head of sales to acquire new customers and expand our market footprint.
key responsibilities
* conduct field sales activities in the assigned territory in line with company sales strategy.
* actively visit potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
* develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and project customers.
* collect and submit qualified customer and project leads to management and headquarters.
* maintain existing customer relationships and support repeat business.
* monitor local market conditions, pricing, and competitor activities.

requirements
* diploma or above.
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or channel development.
* familiar with the local market and willing to conduct frequent field visits.
