*responsibilities*:
- answer calls from existing customers
- maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude even with a high volume of inbound calls.
- assist client inquiries, managing complaints and provide information to the client if needed.
- maintaining case management system and client contact
- preparing and translating client declarations, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other legal documents.

- 1-2 years of customer service experience
