The *bdc support representative* will play a key role in building meaningful connections to promote the brands across both physical and digital communities.
*key responsibilities*
- proactively contact, register, and follow up with potential clients via phone and digital platforms.
- deliver excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction and experience.
- promote products and clearly communicate key benefits to potential customers.
- track and manage leads using the system, scheduling appointments as needed.
- maintain and manage a portfolio of prospects, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- re-engage with previous visitors who did not purchase, identify reasons, and offer viable solutions or appointment reschedules.
- communicate consistently with leads through appropriate channels (calls, messages, etc.).
- meet or exceed minimum performance targets for calls, appointments, shows, and sales as set by the department.
- serve as a brand ambassador by accurately presenting the company’s offerings and values.
- address customer inquiries and needs promptly and efficiently across all communication platforms.
- provide timely support to both new and existing customers across various channels.
- report daily activity including appointments and call metrics to the direct supervisor.
