Job responsibilities:
participate in the development of financing plans, evaluation analysis, and tracking management for potential customers and agents in the mexican subsidiary or within the region.
liaise and connect with relevant financial institutions such as local/international banks and securities companies; actively seek third-party financing channels and maintain good cooperative relationships. Cooperate with the marketing department in financing negotiations to determine financing plans and products, securing advantageous financing prices.
assist the headquarters/region in promoting innovative financing products suitable for regional characteristics.
complete other tasks assigned by leadership, including being responsible for some risk control and loan management work within the region.
job requirements:
bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields; candidates with a research focus on financial leasing are preferred.
candidates with work experience in international/local financial institutions/banks or those possessing relevant resources are preferred.
strong problem-solving skills, judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
