Reporting to orbia's global head of labor and employment, you will serve as a key legal partner and resource for the legal teams and people teams across all of orbia's business groups in mexico and latin america.requirements:• minimum of 8 years of labor & employment law experience.• bachelor of laws degree or equivalent.• fluency in english and spanish.• prior in-house experience preferred.main responsabilities:provide timely and practical legal advice to meet the labor/employment legal needs of a global company.provide day-to-day advice and guidance to people team members and business leaders in mexico and latin america on a variety of employment topics, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, leaves of absence and accommodations, workplace safety issues, discipline and termination, compensation, benefits, and union/labor relations.partner closely and collaboratively with investigative functions, providing day to day employment law advice relating to internal investigations in mexico and latin america.oversee employment related litigation in mexico and latin america, including responding to attorney demand letters, effectively negotiating resolution of claims, and making recommendations to the people team and senior management on corrective action.we offer:competitive salary 83,000 mxn.do you have what it takes?Then we are looking for youapply now and be part of our team
