we're seeking a skilled process improvement professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and supporting sustainable process improvement initiatives using lean principles.
about the role
this role is critical in driving business growth by diagnosing complex business problems and providing recommended treatment plans to deliver process improvements. You will manage and support projects related to process transformations using lean, project management methodologies, and other relevant tools.
key responsibilities
* lead and support lean deployments across various departments
* develop and implement process improvements aligned with business strategies
* mentor and coach teams on lean principles and tools
* manage and analyze data to drive decision-making
requirements
* bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in leading and supporting lean continuous improvement initiatives
* team leadership experience
* solid project management skills
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
desired qualifications
* master's degree in engineering or business
* experience as a certified lean black belt
* cross-functional knowledge and experience in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, finance, accounting, human resources, or information technology
