sealed air designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods worldwide. The customs compliance & logistics analyst ii will lead the integrated fabrication systems (ifs) manufacturing network across multiple locations. Responsibilities include:
leading end‑to‑end manufacturing operations across the ifs plant network, ensuring alignment with business strategy and production targets.
driving a culture of continuous improvement, quality, zero incidents, and operational excellence with a strong focus on process automation.
establishing robust process controls across inventory, production targets, and customer deliveries.
ensuring effective communication with business leaders and integrating best practices to align the supply chain with a competitive business environment.
reporting to the executive director, global ifs supply chain and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
supply chain planning manager
responsible for the timely, cost‑effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. Core duties:
ensuring availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled and maintaining inventory at established levels.
coordinating and integrating the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and capability within the supply chain.
establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
leading continuous improvement initiatives related to the movement of materials through production processes.
basic qualifications:
bs or ba required.
at least five years of proven experience in materials management with an emphasis on materials planning.
minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
solid knowledge in inventory management
