Role purpose as part of korn ferry, the project manager – talent acquisition / recruitment will act as thesingle accountable ownerfor the delivery of a complex, cross-functional talent programme. The role is responsible for ensuring that programme objectives are achievedon time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across talent acquisition and related enabling functions. Key responsibilities programme ownership & governance serve as thesingle point of accountabilityfor end-to-end programme delivery, representing the programme leader. Define, implement, and maintain theprogramme governance framework, including reporting cadence, risk reviews, and steering committee engagement. Ensure disciplined execution through established project and programme management practices. Stakeholder management manage expectations and alignment across multiple stakeholders, including talent acquisition, hr, legal, it, and security. Act as the primary coordination and escalation point for programme-related matters. Talent delivery oversight oversee the execution of: recruitment and hiring activities onboarding readiness and coordination enablement of employee access and systems proactively manage interdependencies between talent acquisition, hr, it, and security to ensure smooth delivery. Risk & issue management maintain thecentral risk and issue log, ensuring risks are identified, tracked, and addressed in a timely manner. Escalate critical issues and blockers to the programme leader. Lead mitigation and resolution efforts in collaboration with key stakeholders. Change & communication support change management and communication activities to drive alignment, adoption, and engagement. Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of the programme. Reporting & success metrics track progress against agreedsuccess criteria, which may include: headcount delivery retention utilization it service levels compliance with ways of working employee experience indicators produceconsolidated status reportsfor steering committee and senior stakeholder review. Required experience & profile experience demonstrated experience deliveringcomplex, cross-functional programmesas a project or programme manager. Strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or hr-related programmes. Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or organisational change programmes. Core skills strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to lead and influence across functions without direct authority. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Structured, results-oriented approach with strong risk management capabilities. Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
