about the position:

we are looking for a senior national sales manager modern channel to lead the modern channel business unit. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies that drive growth and expand our brand presence in the market.

* to develop and implement commercial strategies with different clients in the modern channel, ensuring the leadership and continuous growth of our brands in the market aligned to the company's objectives.
* to manage and administer the strategy of modern channel to ensure its growth within the national market through its different brands aligned to the company's objectives.
* to manage and administer the budget allocated during the commercial year to ensure the continued growth of the different brands in the market and generating profitability to the business.
* to develop the work team through continuous guidance and coaching, ensuring the 70-20-10 development model that ensures proper management of the business, customers, and constant innovation in commercial strategies.
* to communicate to the different areas of the company the needs of the market and customers of the modern channel to generate action plans that allow the development of the channel and the brands of the business.
* to develop customer-specific strategies (jbp) that align the company's strategic vision with that of the customers, ensuring the implementation of the company's needs in a cost-effective way and building long-term relationships with key customers.
* to ensure and execute sales forecasts based on business objectives for the continued development of the brands.
requirements:
* minimum degree in marketing, sales, administration, or finance.
* at least 15 years of experience in a related field.
* advanced english skills are mandatory.
* knowledge in key account management, strategic revenue management, and financial background.
