what role you will play in our team
* lead development and delivery of ongoing base marketing support activities and execute well‐planned programs to grow the brand in each geography.
* execute 1‐year sales and marketing plan activities for both lubricants and fuels activities globally.
* provide customer and field input and feedback to improve programs, communications, and implementation.
* coordinate with gbu on marketing activities around the world.

what you will do
* market interface with regional sales teams.
* lead or participate in new program and training development to ensure relevance to key markets, and ensure smooth handoff to sales for implementation to market and customers.
* geographically‐located marketing specialist educating and supporting bws/dsds on executing and realizing program benefits.
* serve as subject‐matter expert for a specific marketing program (e.g., technology), acting as a national point of contact for the program manager and co‐managing with sales the effective sell‐in of marketing programs to third parties such as branded wholesalers and distributors.
* support sales in facilitating new site growth and retention by demonstrating brand value and marketing expertise, and integrate the marketing plan with the bw annual sales plan.
* represent the voice of the customer, facilitating feedback loops to improve marketing program design, planning, and rollout, while managing direct expenses within the agreed budget.
skills and qualifications
* collaboration, effective communication, and focus on business value.
* preferably industrial engineer, business bachelor, or marketing.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
preferred qualifications / experience
* analytical, negotiating, and opportunity management abilities.
* marketing knowledge and solid experience.
* must know how to drive a vehicle.
* no restrictions for mobility to different cities.
