*responsibilities*:
- identify, create, and capture new business opportunities in the electronic security sector, focusing on integrated solutions such as ip cameras, access control, alarms, and monitoring systems.
- develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients, including sectors such as banking, retail, industrial, corporate, and government but not limited to these.
- develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration and achieve growth targets in the region.
- conduct market studies to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs, adapting business strategies accordingly
- managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
- strategic planning to improve client results.
- present commercial proposals, participate in contract negotiations, and close deals with potential clients.
- ensure sales, profitability, and growth objectives defined by the company are met.
- working with design, sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure all client needs met.
- collaborating with other sales team members to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with managers and directors.
- analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.

requirements and qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the electronic security, technology, or related sectors.
- able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- in-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
- eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
- able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- english - intermediate level (written and spoken).
- basic computer skills, and experience with crm software (salesforce) and the microsoft office suite.
- strong negotiation and opportunity closing skills.
- willingness to travel within the region, as needed..
