- set up and manage mailboxes in exchange online.

- monitor the performance and availability of microsoft 365 services.
- * automation and optimization*:
- develop powershell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- * support and training*:
- provide support to users and resolve issues related to microsoft 365.
- document procedures and user guides.
- * integration and development*:
- integrate microsoft 365 with other business apps and services.
- participate in microsoft 365 service deployment and migration projects.
*_ who you are_*
- 3+ years of experience on microsoft/office 365 support
- microsoft certifications preferred
- *microsoft 365 management*:
- tenants configuration and management.
- manage users and groups in microsoft 365.
- supervision and administration of licenses.
- * microsoft 365 services*:
- exchange online administration: mailbox management, retention policies, and transport rules.
- sharepoint online administration: site settings, permissions, and access policies.
- teams administration: create and manage groups, channels, messaging and collaboration policies.
- onedrive for business administration: setting up and managing cloud storage.
- * security and compliance*:
- configure security and compliance policies in microsoft 365.
- identity and access management: implementation of mfa (multi-factor authentication), azure ad conditional access, and role management.
- security incident monitoring and response.
- * related tools and technologies*:
- use of powershell for task automation and management.
- basic knowledge of azure ad.
- mobile device integration and management (mdm) with intune.
- * support and troubleshooting*:
- troubleshooting issues related to microsoft 365.
- end-user support and training in the use of microsoft 365 tools.
- connectivity and synchronization analysis and troubleshooting.
