we are looking for a new account manager to join the team. The main duties of this position are:
responsibilities
* act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships to ensure their needs and expectations are consistently met.
* build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
* liaise with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and resolve any client or internal concerns.
* handle escalations professionally and efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction.
* ensure clients are responded to in a timely manner and process deadlines are met.
* understand our full client services process to help cover staffing coordinators and other team members when needed.
* ensure all client information is up to date and accurate in our crm.
* identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional staffing placements or services, aligned with client needs.
* assist with onboarding new clients by gathering requirements, coordinating initial setups, and ensuring a smooth transition.

monday - friday: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm cst

* 2 years of similar experience (client relationship manager, client services, transferrable experience from hospitality, customer experience).
* bachelor's degree

* experience maintaining and updating crm's.
* hubspot experience is a plus
