We're hiring: business & process analyst (remote) salary: $30,000 to $35,000 mxn montlhy at terra energy, we're looking for a business & process analyst to join our operations team and help drive efficiency through smart process design and technology collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building scalable processes from the ground up. What you'll do analyze, map, and optimize operational workflows identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process diagrams collaborate closely with operations and technology teams support system implementations, testing, and rollouts drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization what we're looking for ~3+ years of experience in process improvement / business analysis ~ experience working in scrum environments (product owner, scrum master, or similar) ~ strong experience creating process maps and user stories ~ experience working with or understanding system integrations and six sigma ~ background in systems engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or similarnice to have: ~ scrum master / product owner certificationswho you are proactive and self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do creative thinker who brings new ideas and challenges the status quo comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment strong problem-solver with attention to detail able to work with limited resources and still deliver results why terra energy?
