as part of del cabo’s expansion into a new, highly curated segment, we are launching bar ligaya — an elevated cocktail experience designed for the lgbtq+ community and its allies, where refined hospitality, intentional energy, and meaningful connection define every night.
we are looking for someone who naturally moves within the right circles —
someone who understands that great places are not just discovered… they are built through people, energy, and presence.
at bar ligaya, you will play a key role in bringing the right crowd into the room, while ensuring every arrival feels seamless, elevated, and intentionally curated.
