a day in the life: what you'll do
this role is responsible for managing core milestones, administration, tracking, compliance, deliverables, and communication across all cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of real estate and store development projects, through analyzing and risk mitigation, they track project milestones, and maintain accurate and timely reporting to working groups and key stakeholders.
* accountable for proactive management and coordination of all core deliverables and milestones cross functionally for real estate and store development projects
* responsible for communication strategy with stakeholders, including weekly status updates, developing and maintaining project tracking, reporting, and/or presentations, as required
* responsible for tracking required lease actions and providing reporting to cross-functional teams
* lead weekly real estate project calls with cross-functional stakeholders
* manage special projects / assignments as required by the real estate and store development teams
* coordinate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders as needed to ensure successful and timely real estate transactions
* responsible for coordinating and collecting required materials for real estate approval meetings including ensuring deal packages are completed according to template and all required information is completed accurately and in a timely manner
* responsible for maintaining accurate records, including the content covered in real estate approval meetings
* responsible for the coordination and preparation of various packages such as portfolio review materials, market tour books and icsc materials
* responsible for ensuring that real estate leases are executed in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with our nam standards
* responsible for updating real estate transaction trackers, including the global master schedule and new store list
* responsible for communication with local and global teams on the development of real estate transactions and the execution of leases
* accountable for collecting and distributing real estate information to global and local cross-functional partners including lease information, accurate store location information, etc. For input into global systems
qualifications
* 2-3 years of administrative and/or coordinator experience
* experience in commercial and/or retail development / deals is an asset
* post secondary education in business or office administration preferred
* strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management
* ability to working independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external business partners
* proficient with ms office suite and smartsheet's including excel, ms project, powerpoint, and powerbi
* excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in both english and spanish
