Summary: $5.77 usd per hour ($12,000/year) 40 hours per week (you are expected to be on zoom the whole time) schedule is 9am to 5pm cst time hubstaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity. Provide fast, friendly support by responding to client messages, helping schedule meetings, and answering basic questions. Coordinate between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Track issues, document feedback, and escalate complex requests to improve overall client experience.
