what you’ll do?
* we are seeking a senior production support analyst with strong experience supporting web and mobile applications in production environments.
* this role requires deep hands on expertise in production monitoring, incident management, and observability tools (especially dynatrace), with a proactive mindset focused on preventing issues-not just reacting to incidents.
* the ideal candidate has a solid technical background in java and/or angular, enabling log review, code inspection, and root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams to drive permanent and scalable solutions.
what you’ll bring:
* beginner basic understanding of tools and concepts requires supervision during incident handling limited exposure to high severity production issues
* intermediate independently handles incidents and monitoring tasks performs rca for standard production issues understands application behavior and system interactions
* advanced deep expertise in production operations and observability leads complex incident resolution and rca initiatives proactively identifies risks and drives long term improvements acts as a trusted sme for production stability
