ROLE OBJECTIVES
The Business Manager is responsible for the construction and execution of the sales plan leadership development on his market through a statregic enclosing 4 main pillars: Planning, Analysis, Coaching and Follow up.
ESSENTIAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, teach and Support the leadership throung coaching, persuation and motivation to guarantee their goals achievement.
- Provoque meetings or special events with strategic leaders according to each market.
- Analyze field sales and performance to determine effectiveness and identify areas to improve.
- Know the main competitors with their competitive skills and their positioning.
- Identify areas or regions with high growth potential and develop plans to penetrate those markets.
- Develop ande propose sales strategies and tactis for different audiences: consultants and customers depending on the needs identified in their market.
- Communicate launch commercial strategies to the field (incentives, promotions, product launches).
- Follow up on sales compliance and main KPI’s in the region in relation the budget and established goals.
- Analyze the results to detect opportunities and make business decisions.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Sales Management, Social Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other common areas.
- Bilingüal (English and Spanish)
- Digital marketing experience, social media, web pages, e-commerce and digital channels and tools.
- Excellent Windows office skills, specially Power Point y Excel.
- Power BI (nice to have)
- Empathy with Y, Z and Millennial generations (understand their needs and preferences, market and consumption trends).
EXPERIENCE, COMPENTENCIES AND APTITUDES
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Direct selling, MLM, retail or sales
- Performance in sales, marketing or customer service
- Direct contact with the final consumer/customer management Skills & Competences
- Commitment to the business: field and corporate
