Job title:payroll, compensation & benefits managerthe payroll, compensation & benefits manager ensures the efficient and compliant execution of payroll processes while leading the design and continuous improvement of total rewards strategies. This role manages all payroll-related operations and is responsible for designing and managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and workforce analytics strategies to ensure a competitive and data-driven approach to hr decision-making. Acting as both an operational leader and strategic advisor, the manager partners with hr and finance function to deliver value through data accuracy, compliance, and competitive offerings.payroll operations & compliance • oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, tax deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., ensure compliance with local labor and tax legislation, internal policies, and audit standards. • administer and maintain the payroll system (e.g., tress), ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and proper configuration for updates and policy changes. • manage payroll incident reporting (e.g., absences, overtime, bonuses, vacations), ensuring data integrity and approval traceability. • prepare and analyze payroll cost reports and accounting reconciliations, providing insights to hr and finance. • respond to internal and external audits, maintaining complete and accurate payroll documentation. Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team by setting clear objectives, monitoring kpis, and fostering continuous improvement. • collaborate closely with hr partners on employee movements including onboarding, salary adjustments, promotions, and terminations.in coordination with the talent management manager, lead annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, merit increases, andperformance-based pay adjustments. • conduct internal equity analysis and benchmarking against external market data to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices. • support the implementation and management of incentive plans, bonuses, and long-term variable pay schemes. • medical insurance, food vouchers, retirement plans), ensuring compliance, value, and employee satisfaction.data & systems management • ensure payroll and compensation data accuracy across hr systems to support reliable reporting and analytics. • support digital transformation initiatives related to payroll and total rewards. • generate dashboards and kpis to evaluate payroll performance and compensation effectiveness.timely and error-free payroll execution. • legal compliance with tax and labor obligations. • employee satisfaction with payroll and benefits. • support the hr director to define the compensation strategy that supports retention, fairness and equity, competitiveness and engagement
