we're dc, a u.s.-based digital marketing company with 24+ years of experience helping businesses grow. We're hiring a executive assistant/ sales support to work directly with our ceo, manage the performance of our remote sales team, and help streamline operations. This is more than just a remote position it's a long-term career opportunity with real potential to move into management for the right person.
1. Recruiting & onboarding
 * screen resumes and evaluate candidates
 * review test submissions and schedule interviews
 * coordinate with ceo on final selections and offers
 * handle contracts, onboarding documents, and training schedules
 * track onboarding progress and ensure every step is completed
2. Sales operations & team oversight
 * monitor daily performance metrics (calls, bookings, pipeline activity)
 * assign leads and ensure all opportunities are actively worked
 * track crm activity and follow up when leads are mishandled
 * prepare weekly performance reports and summaries for leadership
 * coordinate with marketing and sdrs to keep the pipeline moving
 * send out contracts and support documents as needed
3. Executive support
 * act as the ceo's right hand
 * keep tasks and projects organized and moving forward
 * provide clear updates and recommendations for quick decision-making
 * step in to handle urgent issues and keep initiatives on track
4. Client & internal support
 * monitor client communication to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
 * step in to resolve questions or help de-escalate issues
 * route client needs quickly to the right contact or department
 * assist in managing client relationships
what we're looking for
 * exceptional communication skills in english (spoken & written)
 * intelligent, loyal, and dependable, someone who takes pride in their work
 * 3+ years in sales operations, recruiting, or executive support
 * strong organizational skills and the ability to hold others accountable
 * self-starter who thrives in a remote environment but remains responsive and available during u.s. hours
 * tech-savvy and comfortable with crms, project management tools, and communication platforms
 * experience with asana, clickup, gohighlevel (ghl), gsuite, ms office, and indeed is a plus
