* provides support to the sales department. Answer general, customer relations, and sales phone lines; assisting callers with inquiries. Manage sales inquiry mailbox in microsoft excel; respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist with order, quote, and shipping information data entry requests when needed. Follow up on active orders as requested to address any production or shipping concerns. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure products ship as instructed by sales team. Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team.
* contact the customer or freight carrier on the sales team’s behalf to obtain shipping information and/or details if needed. Prepare various sales, logistics and production reports. Update customers directly on orders statuses when needed. Follow up on graphics inquiries with the customers. Account management of small to medium key accounts. Assist team with day-to-day administration.
* assist with other departments when needed.

the customer contract specialist is a strategic business partner responsible for supporting and collaborating with sales leadership and sales agents within the assigned geographic region to accelerate enovis market access, growth, profitability, and market share. The customer contract specialist is responsible for achieving these goals in a highly professional in a consistent manner with enovis values.

key responsibilities

* support all matters related to customer contract administration, including contract strategy and negotiation, rfp response, contract extensions, and amendments for assigned regions and/or key accounts.
* efficiently add new products and technologies to existing contracts consistent with sales and marketing financial targets.
* build and grow relationships with internal stakeholders (sales leaders, agents, representatives) and with customer influencers and decision-makers within health systems and gpos.
* collaborate with pricing, customer service, marketing, and other internal teams to optimize support and execution across geography.
* represent and market enovis’ value proposition to customer stakeholders.

experiencia y requisitos

* bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
* minimum 2-4 years of experience with a medical device or related company.
* deep experience in medical device contracting, pricing, reimbursement, or related areas.
* proven negotiation and project management abilities.
* proficient in excel and other business tools; organized, self-directed, team player.
* advanced english (verbal, written, and presentation).

we are now looking for a customer project manager, based in colombia, to join the delivery team and manage projects working directly with our top customers in latin american countries. You will ensure project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled and the relationship is well managed within the contract scope.

what you will do

* establish the project plan baseline: define scope, secure resources and plans, and supervise activities.
* drive project execution: track activities, raise risks/issues, handle changes, and resolve conflicts.
* handle customer and partner engagement: manage relationships, arrange meetings and events.
* coordinate handover from presales; involvement for cost estimation and scope.
* ensure forecasting and financial follow-up.
* participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings; simplify processes and tools.

what you will bring

* significant project management experience leading customer-facing projects in telecoms or with operators.
* understanding of telecom technology & domain: 4g, ims, volte, 5g, core, cloud, packet core, etc.
* contract and 3rd party supplier management know-how; financial knowledge; bilingual in english/spanish.
* strong negotiation, risk assessment, and project delivery focus; pmp is a plus.
* experience with agile and waterfall; pmp desirable.
