about the role
we are looking for a junior marketing brand coordinator. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized marketing professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and hands‑on experience supporting brand execution, campaign coordination, and daily marketing operations.
responsibilities
* support brand performance analysis, market trends, and consumer insights generation
* assist in annual brand communication planning across media, creatives, pos, and pr
* coordinate and execute brand campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
* track campaign performance and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
* manage day-to-day communication with agencies and vendors
* support budget administration, purchase orders, invoice processing, and tracking
* coordinate and approve monthly communication grids across all media
* manage sampling, shipments, product requests, and related logistics
* handle documentation and internal cross-functional coordination
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing or brand activities
* advanced english (written and spoken)
* strong organizational and project follow-up skills
* experience coordinating with agencies and internal teams
* basic knowledge of marketing performance tracking and reporting
* ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
work schedule and work model
* schedule: monday to friday
* working hours: between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
