front desk is part of real estate and facilitites team;
we play the key role in company infrastructure functioning, deeply involved in multiple processes
*responsibilities*:
- answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
- take and relay messages
- provide information to callers
- deal with queries from the public and customers.
- service desk ticket management, assignation of new employee workplace, picture, etc.
- parking management
- inventory management. Labeling of equipment, assets assignation to employees, and ensuring inventory is updated.
- payment order creation
- courier management: receive packages, send new employee equipment, label creation, and tracking.
- access card management
- dealing with vendors, reception of material/ equipment, etc
- any other ad-hoc requirements
- supervision of maintenance activities
