sets long-term goals and defines the ibp roadmap.collaborates with sales and marketing to oversee demand forecasting, analyzing market trends, customer data, and historical sales for accurate projections.coordinates with operations to manage production and inventory, optimizing schedules and identifying bottlenecks.uses data analytics and reporting tools to monitor kpis related to sales, inventory, and production, making data-driven decisions.leads meetings to ensure alignment and effective decision-making within cross-functional teams.ensures ibp plans align with financial objectives, managing budgets, costs, and profitability.develops scenarios to address challenges and opportunities like market changes, supply disruptions, or product launches.identifies process improvements within ibp and drives initiatives to enhance effectiveness, including technology implementation and workflow refinement.mitigates risks impacting the ibp process and organizational performance.manages a team responsible for various aspects of ibp.requirements:bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, operations management, or related field.master's degree (mba or equivalent) is desirable.10+ years in demand and supply chain planning and ibp leadership, including roles like sr.
