* analyze and optimize system performance for efficient workflow management.
* demonstrate expertise in employee life cycle management processes and notification setup.
requirements
* certification in successfactors employee central.
* minimum 3 years of experience in implementing successfactors employee central.
* proven track record of integrating/replicating data between successfactors and sap hr (ecc).
* exceptional understanding of employee life cycle management processes and best practices.
* able to create solution designs that meet business requirements.
* excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
