join our developer productivity team and play a key role in shaping the future of how we build and deliver software. As a software engineer 2 (ic2), you will focus on creating and maintaining ui components, tools, and automation that enhance the productivity
of our development teams. Your expertise in typescript, react, and css will be critical in building reusable, high-quality ui components that streamline development workflows and improve the overall developer experience.core responsibilities
design and develop reusable ui components using typescript and react
build and maintain a comprehensive component library and design system
create efficient styling solutions using modern css practices and design tokens
implement accessibility standards (wcag) across component libraries
develop tools and automation for component documentation and testing
build interactive component showcases and documentation portals
create and maintain component development guidelines
collaborate with design teams to implement consistent design patterns
optimize component performance and bundle size
provide technical guidance on component usage and best practicesrequired qualifications
bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of frontend development experience
strong proficiency in typescript and react
advanced knowledge of modern css, including flexbox, grid, and css-in-js
experience with component library development and maintenance
understanding of web accessibility standards and implementation
experience with frontend testing frameworks (jest, react testing library)
proficiency with version control systems (git) and ci/cd practicespreferred qualifications
experience with design systems and component documentation tools (storybook)
knowledge of css preprocessing and styling methodologies
experience with build tools (webpack, vite, rollup)
familiarity with design tools (figma, adobe xd)
experience with performance optimization and bundle analysis
knowledge of micro-frontend architectures
understanding of state management patterns (redux, context api)
experience with animation libraries and techniqueskey competencies
strong attention to detail in visual implementation
excellent communication skills for collaborating with designers and developers
