meaningful work from day one:
proposes, negotiates, and coordinates activations/activities aligned with the marketing and sales team. Coordinates resources to ensure accurate field execution, to increase takeaways, and promote our brands in alignment with the trade marketing plan.
what you can expect:
- ensures the successful execution of trade marketing plans, including loyalty programs, visibility initiatives, and sales force contests to increase product takeaway.- manages and controls the trade marketing budget using internal systems, ensuring alignment with the annual company strategy.- assists in planning the trade marketing calendar and negotiates with suppliers to secure the best materials and costs.- conducts training for the sales force on product launches, tasting protocols, and other shopper marketing activities.- performs regular market visits to monitor marketing activities and manages the inventory of promotional materials.
what you bring to the table:
- minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or a similar sales-focused role.- demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.- proven experience in budget planning and administration.- strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and deploy multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- advanced proficiency in microsoft office (specifically excel and powerpoint) for data and information analysis.- excellent oral and written communication skills in both english and spanish.
