Overview
Join Ericsson, as our HW Assembly and Test team member. This role forms an integral part of our team, contributing to the production of cutting-edge technology products through the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC). Your invaluable feedback on product and processes, particularly in the early phases of the PLC, will serve to enhance the quality and performance of the product. This position offers an opportunity for proactive involvement in upholding product quality, implementing screenings and reaching performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Follow standardized workmanship protocols to prepare materials and assemble, rework, test, and/or tune products according to specifications.
- Operate machinery and tools per the set instructions, while conducting production preparation and/or machine programming as needed.
- Execute product troubleshooting, automate equipment operation, and expedite minor stop debugs for smooth processes.
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and report any concerns or deviations promptly.
- Perform quality control, manage standardized system transactions, and pack products in accordance with specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning tasks, whilst practicing efficient stock management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes and actively participate in product, process and workmanship training.
