requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- experience with crms (hubspot required)
- experience working with the next platforms is a plus: hubspot, amazon review system
- advanced english level (c1)
- strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- highly organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- high level of conflict resolution
- proven track record of handling customer inquiries
- administrative support experience
- ability to multi-task
responsabilities
- provide caring and attentive customer support
