Job summaryjoin our global tui musement operations support team as an osh admin executive for our intercruises brand in cancún. This onsite permanent full‑time role provides operational and administrative support to the operations support hub admin team manager or team leader, and business partners across assigned destinations.key responsibilitiesverify costs and sales before invoicing.upload and invoice on internal cruise line and non‑tui cruise line platforms.collect and review invoices from operational teams and process them for other departments.ensure staff in destinations follow company rules and procedures relevant to intercruises processes.support finance with monthly accruals (sales and costs).assist with similar administrative tasks for other business units.support the osh team manager with regional intercruise tasks.manage the remote liquidations process, including control, reconciliation and recording of data.organise source market payments and collections, reconcile and provide data to meet deadlines.maintain staff accommodation tool: upload contracts, download reports, assist with key tasks.manage the rep commission tool: calculate, support staff, send final report to hr for final payments.qualifications & skillsexceptional administration, planning and organisational skills.computer literate and able to work in a digital service environment.high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while planning ahead.excellent verbal and written communication in english; spanish is an advantage.experience in the travel industry or ability to handle ambiguity in a global, multinational environment.strong team player with ability to work virtually.problem‑solver, multitasker and good listener who stays calm under pressure.quick learner of new technology and company products & services.desire to represent tui’s “smile” and uphold company values.benefits & compensationannual gross salary starting at $236,700 mxn (or $20,791 mxn per month) depending on contract.16 days of holiday after the first year, plus two extra days off for birthday and other celebrations.grocery vouchers.training days paid and free access to tui learning hub, tui skills academy and language lessons.participation in charity and sustainability initiatives such as the tui care foundation.24/7 wellbeing hub and dedicated wecare team support.seasonal or permanent contracts with growth opportunities tailored to skills and expertise.eeo & accessibility statementwe are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments.
