responsibilities
* develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts
* coordinate and manage testing teams and resources for effective testing execution
* communicate testing progress, results, and defects to stakeholders
* ensure the implementation of best practices in the testing process
* identify areas for improvement in testing and advocate for necessary changes
* facilitate defect triage meetings and follow through on resolutions
requirements
* bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
* minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
* strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
* proven experience in leading testing teams and managing projects
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* proficient in using test management tools (e.g., jira, testrail)
* knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus
preferred qualifications
* istqb certification or equivalent
* agile testing experience and knowledge of scrum methodology
* familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., java, python)
* ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
