*key responsibilities*:human resources management:- implement local hr policies, and programs that support the branch's business objectives- manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and separation- serve as a trusted advisor and executer on complex local employee relations issues- in charge of the administration of benefits, payroll, and other hr-related processes- maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations- be the point of contact for local hr related vendors to make sure all the process are smoothoffice administration:- manage the branch's office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance- act as the main point of contact for general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders- implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and organized work environment- support special projects and events as needed to contribute to the overall success of the branch*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field- minimum 3 years of experience in a combined hr and administrative role, preferably in a multi-site or decentralized organization- demonstrate hungry and proactive attitude, and willingness to accept new challenges- strong understanding of hr best practices, local employment laws, and regulatory compliance- excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, english proficiency- proficient in the use of hr information systems and standard office software- ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines- demonstrated experience in project management and process improvementthere are two kinds of persona we can look for:- 1) rich experience, but still want to be in a startup environment, would like to create more values- 2)
