Job title: sales executive
the sales executive plays a vital role in driving the company's growth by maintaining, acquiring, penetrating and innovating with food service distributors in accordance with the brand strategy.
to succeed in this position, you will need to ensure annual sales targets are met, execute monthly distributor visit plans to boost sales and foster strong relationships through regular business reviews, visits to purchasing departments, review and negotiation of accounts payable, promotion of product penetration and new product innovation, validation of distributor's product self-life, promotion of key attributes and benefits of our product portfolio, and sales market visits with distributors.
you will also be responsible for acquiring new distributors, regularly updating sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy, communicating and updating product price increases, and executing and aligning to brand plans with distributors, showcases and activities.

in order to excel in this position, you will require:
* education in administration, business, marketing, or culinary arts
* 6+ years of proven experience in foodservice sales and managing distributors
* previous employment at food companies such as la pocima, zaachila, ventura foods, sigma foodservice, nestle professional
* proficiency in numerical skills, advanced excel including pivot tables, graphs, and reports
* familiarity with microsoft office and powerpoint
* english language proficiency a plus
