friday is a remote work-from-home day.position summary:the web back end content developer is responsible for coding and coordinating e-commerce content to seamlessly execute web strategies and effectively communicate product information.
this role aims to drive long-term web strategy by balancing data and insights, platform technology, design, and customer needs.
the content developer will play a key role in enhancing the online experience for international guests, ensuring that all content aligns with rcg's brand standards and customer expectations.essential duties and responsibilities:design, build, run, and analyze personalized experiences using adobe target and adobe experience manager.create and curate product content for guest commerce, ensuring site accuracy, appropriateness, and relevance across international markets.manage the strategy, workflow process, and execution of content initiatives, including ongoing updates, booked guest experiences, and go-to-market campaigns.support backend integration while maintaining graphic standards and branding throughout the user interface (ui).troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance functionality.produce a consistent creative identity that serves as a model for all ongoing content development.prepare images for use across multi-channel campaigns, ensuring high-quality visual presentation.identify and evaluate new technologies that can enhance visual display capabilities and improve site usability.conduct ongoing site audits, identifying and correcting inconsistencies related to content, placement, and messaging.qualifications:college degree required, relevant field preferred.2-3 years of experience in web development, including javascript coding.knowledge and skills:proficiency in html, css, javascript, jquery, and front-end frameworks, as well as responsive design and content management systems.experience working with adobe target, monetate, or other personalization platforms
