Plans, organizes and directs the essential activities and functions of the quality assurance of the blades used in the production lines of the aguascalientes plant.
coordinates quality activities of each part of the blades production process, from stamping to packaging for use.
ensures compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements, participates in quality events, solves problems, produces technical reports and presents information.

participate in the establishment of the plant's quality objectives together with production management.
use systems for the analysis of data related to specifications and quality criteria in blades (sap, minitab, microsoft, etc.).
motivate the team and provide training and mentoring to their direct and indirect reports.
ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
minimize risk and exposure to non-conformities and deficiencies in compliance with product specifications.
oversee all quality investigations to ensure timely resolution.
carry out management reviews of the quality management system.
plan, execute and evaluate continuous improvement in quality and process control.
ensure that corrective action is taken to eliminate the causes of non-conforming products.
determine and report the root cause of failures and nonconformities.
ensure that measuring instruments and gauges used to monitor the process or measure product quality are properly calibrated and in optimal condition.
conducts complaint investigations, reports on the causes of customer dissatisfaction, and promotes corrective actions for domestic and international subsidiaries.
ensures the implementation of organizational systems and training.
ensures that documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
manage a quality work environment (office areas, work schedules, dress, cleaning standards, etc.).
attend leadership meetings to represent the quality group.

education
skills and experience
metal handling and forming (stamping, die-cutting, tempering, heat treatment, etc.).
knowledge of chemical processes.
10 years or more in quality or similar position experience.
