Brand manager
as brand manager you will develop marketing strategies to achieve company growth and strengthen market presence. You will understand and interpret the main market trends to maximise them with a product portfolio that meets the needs of different target audiences. You will report to the product director.
Key responsibilities
develop the long‑term product strategy for the assigned lines, aligning this strategy with national and global goals.
Analyse the market and competition thoroughly to identify opportunities and threats and use this data to design portfolio strategies.
Lead the innovation process for the products under management using both external and internal insights.
Collaborate and participate in diverse teams to build cross‑category strategies in the medium and long term.
Lead market research needs and data analysis to obtain valuable insights into consumer behaviour and market trends.
Conduct post‑mortem analyses of implemented strategies and provide recommendations to improve results.
Coordinate the national promotional strategy.
Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure agreement between different commercial layers and ensure implementation of the strategy towards the end customer.
Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure the profitability of the assigned categories.
Stay updated on trends and news in the paint market and the construction industry, and on global and national trends that may influence the business.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication or finance.
Advanced level of english.
5+ years of experience in product portfolio management.
Positive leadership.
Vision for the short, medium, and long term.
Experience in team management.

Revisar toda la documentación del proyecto, incluidos permisos y licencias.
Actuar como representante en visitas a dependencias de gobierno.
Revisar y gestionar presupuestos desde due diligence hasta la construcción.
Trabajar con el proyectista para verificar la factibilidad financiera.
Elaborar programas de obra y logística inicial.

Mínimo 5‑7 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos inmobiliarios.
Experiencia en coordinación y gerencia de obra.
Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de presupuestos, contratos y licitaciones.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Alta capacidad de planeación, organización y atención al detalle.
Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos estrictos.
Conocimiento avanzado en software de gestión de proyectos (ms project, autodesk, excel, etc.).
Conocimientos sólidos en normativas y regulaciones de construcción y seguridad.
