about the role
we’re looking for an ecommerce manager to own and scale our online business across amazon, walmart, shopify, and key retail partner sites. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue, improving conversion, and executing growth strategies across multiple channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations to ensure our digital presence is best-in-class and built to scale.
what you’ll own
* end-to-end performance of ecommerce channels (shopify, amazon, walmart, ulta.com, cvs.com, ulta, nordstrom)
* revenue growth, conversion rate optimization, and traffic quality
* pdp strategy and execution (copy, images, a+ content, seo)
* launch strategy for new products across all platforms
* inventory visibility + in-stock performance in partnership with ops
* weekly and monthly reporting with clear action plans
what you’ll do
* optimize product listings to drive conversion and ranking (seo, keywords, content)
* partner with paid media (amazon ads, walmart connect, meta, google) to align strategy and improve roas
* analyze performance data (sessions, cvr, aov, tacos/roas) and identify growth opportunities
* build and execute testing roadmap (creative, pricing, bundles, promos)
* manage site merchandising and product assortment strategy
* identify underperforming skus and implement turnaround plans
* collaborate with design team to continuously improve pdp creative and brand presence
* stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and competitive landscape
what we’re looking for
* 4–6+ years in ecommerce, with strong amazon experience
* proven track record of scaling revenue and improving conversion
* deep understanding of seo, pdp optimization, and marketplace algorithms
* strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
* experience managing multiple skus and fast-moving product launches
* ability to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

* experience with tools like helium 10, datafeedwatch, triple whale
* hands-on experience with amazon seller central + vendor central
* experience working with beauty or consumer brands
* familiarity with tiktok shop or emerging ecommerce channels
