Chiaphua components groupwe are seeking an experienced hr manager to oversee human resources functions for our factory in guadalajara, mexico, and provide remote hr support to our office in the usa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing hr strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.responsibilities and requirements are listed below:hr manager-ccmxresponsibilities:- manage day-to-day hr operations, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, hr policies, training and compliance to ensure smooth functioning in ccmx.manage the recruitment process for the guadalajara factory and occasionally remote support hiring efforts for the usa office, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement hr initiatives that support business objectives, promote employee engagement and foster ccg company culture.maintain and update daily hr database and staff records, close liaison with china team.ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in mexico, including health and safety standards.develop, implement, and maintain hr policies and procedures of ccmx. Establish and monitor realistic budget plans to achieve targeted/planned results to ensure all hr spending in the most cost-effective way.qualifications:- bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a related field.minimum of 5 years of experience in overall hr management in manufacturing company, experience of hr policy, systems and databases, able to work hands-on.strong knowledge of mexican labor laws and regulations is a must, familiarity with usa employment practices will be a preference.people oriented and results driven, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.excellent ability of execution, communication and interpersonal skills, good team player. Good at monitoring results and updating the progress timely where appropriate.committed to meeting deadline.
