You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.
*key responsibilities*:
- verifies that the production areas are in optimal operating conditions
- analyze team efficiency results (oee) and provides solutions to problems related to its performance
- support the honeywell operating system
- maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
- comply with all safety rules.
- implement standards, specifications and manufacturing characteristics in operations.
- establish preventive and corrective actions to avoid quality defects and leaks.
- carry out daily audits of the audit processes carried out by the team leaders
*you must have*:
- completed degree or recent graduates
- 2 years of experience on the role
- basic english
- supervises the general operations carried out in the department under his charge and monitors all aspects related to security, quality, costs, productivity and deliveries on time.
