In bepx mx we are looking for a validation engineer i in ciudad juarez, ch.execute design, development, manufacturing, or test engineering disciplines within a medical device industry.
the validation engineer i will be responsible for executing and summarizing validation protocols and providing input of any related validation activities associated with the production of medical devices.
write and execute iq validation activities, development of manufacturing work instructions and visual aids, data collection during validation and production activities to support project and company goals.
provides supervised support during the execution of validation activities in pv, pve, pcr,vd, iq, oq, pq, tmv, csv, sat and collects data to prepare reportsprovide technical engineering support for validations, write and execute iq validation protocols and provide data to write the completion reports for the assigned validations.
provides supervised support during the execution of pv, pve, pcr, vd.ensure that assigned validation activities are performed timely and in line with the current requirements and gmp and support activities related to any deviations associated.demonstrate knowledge in basic validation skills, gmp, gdp, and the ability to perform change control, quality changes request, and other discipline protocols as requested.must know and follow the policies and procedures of bepc as well as work activities within his/her area of responsibility.completes all the training in responsibility within the assigned period of time.follows all the safety policies of the company and safety precautions with the work area.responsible for the execution of validation, including the creation of forms to create the calibration and preventive maintenance records.action orientedan energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards.possess technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and operational focus.organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at various levels of an organization and possesses good communication skills.an individual who is trustworthy and willing to share information.engineering degreeintermediate english level (read and write)2-3 years of medical industry.
