Qualifications
- 10+ years of total experience in talent acquisition, including:
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- experience leading multi-functional recruiting teams (e.g., tech, sales, g&a).
- proven background managing global teams across multiple regions (e.g., americas, emea, apac).
- minimum of bachelors
- strong command of english (tier 4 — fluent / business professional or tier 3 — advanced / operationally effective)
- strong experience in client-facing leadership roles, preferably working with executive ta stakeholders at the vp and director levels.
- comfortable operating in a matrixed client environment with competing functional and regional priorities.
- deep exposure to the tech sector or fast-paced, high-growth industries.
- familiarity with employer of record (eor) responsibilities, hr compliance, and consultant development best practices.
