key responsibilities
1. managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' websites, including category recommendations.
2. participating in and overseeing content production — translations, proofreading, and content checks to ensure correctness and alignment with eretailer requirements (both graphics and text), along with seo optimization.
3. conducting ongoing research of e-retailers’ functionalities, widgets, and features.
4. editing and creating product detail pages.
5. staying up-to-date with ecommerce trends.
6. analyzing performance data, conducting research, audits, competition analysis, developing ecommerce strategies, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
7. maintaining day-to-day contact with clients and eretailers.
8. conducting client status meetings.
9. monitoring seasonal content and deals.
10. uploading and correcting content.
11. ensuring full compliance with each brand’s guidelines and legal requirements.
12. renaming assets, uploading, downloading, and segregation.
13. managing files, making database adjustments, and data migration, including pim maintenance.
14. independently tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
requirements
1. proven experience in ecommerce, specifically with e-retailers like amazon and walmart.
2. experience with pim/dam systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.
3. proven track record in optimizing product listings and enhancing visibility through seo strategies.
4. expertise with amazon seller central and brand stores.
5. good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
6. experience in optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
7. ecommerce experience in fmcg sector.
8. strong analytical and project management skills.
9. team player with excellent communication skills.
10. knowledge of seo practices for eretailers.
11. positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
12. attention to detail.
13. assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas.
14. proficiency in photoshop and canva.
15. advanced english level (c1 or higher).
16. nice to have: familiarity with other major us market eretailers in fmcg (e.g., target) and proofreading experience.
