a day in the life

experience
• minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation or salary administration, preferably in manufacturing plants.
• experience managing variable compensation schemes, incentives, salary market analysis, salary scales, and compensation structures.
• knowledge of labor regulations and compliance with internal policies.

technical skills
• advanced proficiency in excel and other data analysis tools.
• experience using human resource management systems (e.g., tress, workday).
• intermediate-advanced english

soft skills
• critical analysis and attention to detail.
• effective communication with different levels of the organization.
• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• teamwork, collaboration, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• confidentiality and professional ethics.

main responsibilities
• manage and update salary scales.
• participate in salary surveys and market analysis.

• propose improvements to compensation schemes.
• manage and update compensation policies.
• ensure compliance with corporate and legal policies regarding compensation.
• provide guidance to leaders and employees on compensation practices.
• support internal and external audits related to payments and compensation.
• generate reports and analyses to support management decision-making.

required knowledge and experience:

1. bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field.
